TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAMP SOCIAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ramp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time through the account settings page in the app. Account deletion will permanently remove your profile and associated content from the Platform, subject to our data retention obligations.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform or sending an email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
