This process has been used successfully for 10 years, if followed perfectly, results are inevitable.

Step 1: Understand Your Business

  • Understand Your Audience: demographic, sociographic, psychographic, behavior & influences
  • Background: Your story, your “why” and your motivation
  •  Available Resources: Personnel, budget, tools and data

Step 2: Qualifying (and Quantifying) Approach

  • Understand Your Brand: message, voice, personality & competitive difference

Step 3: Documenting Strategy

Marketing channels ar eprioritized by their respective return on investment. Each market channel will include:

  • Who we are targetting
  • When we are posting
  • What topics (based on audience analysis)
  • Why: Our goals & KPIs

Step 4: Execute Strategy

We execute the documented strategy as your organization’s Agency of Record (AoR) following a detailed communication plan to handle escalations and opportunities.

Step 5: Monitor KPIs

Key performance indicators will be monitored in during our execution strategy. Monitoring these KPIs will allow us to discover new opportunities for greater exposure.

Step 6: Report Findings

Information gathered during social media and brand campaigns will warrant discussions with organization stakeholders or their marketing departments to discuss how to handle the new potential opportunities or competitive threats.

Step 7-10: Decide, Adjust Strategy, Re-Execute

Decisions are much easier when data is involved. Every theory can be tested and evaluated systematically. Monthly meetings are a minimum requirement. Engagement isn’t just for your customers!
