- What topics (based on audience analysis)
- Why: Our goals & KPIs
Step 4: Execute Strategy
We execute the documented strategy as your organization’s Agency of Record (AoR) following a detailed communication plan to handle escalations and opportunities.
Step 5: Monitor KPIs
Key performance indicators will be monitored in during our execution strategy. Monitoring these KPIs will allow us to discover new opportunities for greater exposure.
Step 6: Report Findings
Information gathered during social media and brand campaigns will warrant discussions with organization stakeholders or their marketing departments to discuss how to handle the new potential opportunities or competitive threats.
